The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW) is a category of economic immigration under the Express Entry system in Canada. It is designed for individuals who have gained skilled work and wish to become permanent residents. The FSW is one of the three federal economic immigration programs managed through the Express Entry system, along with the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP).
If you meet the minimum funds requirements then you will not need a job offer. However, if you do not have enough money to support yourself and your family, you can still apply to the FSW program as long as you have job offer.
